GLAMBOD is the best Pilates studio! Naty is an amazing instructor who really cares about her clients and wants them to get the most out of the exercises! That’s why she has focused on having a smaller class size. The studio is beautiful and everything about GLAMBOD will keep you motivated and excited!
If I could give Glambod 10 stars I would! I had never done a Pilates class and Naty (the instructor) was amazing in modifying different exercises I couldn't do and motivated me throughout the entire class! I LOVED it! I can’t for my next class!

Naty is such a personable and attentive instructor! Takes every student at their own pace, tailored and personalized! Plus her music is on point, making every class super fun. Highly recommend!
I have been taking classes here for the past two weeks and already notice such a difference. Naty helps you identify your weaknesses and then devises a fitness plan based on your personal goals. The studio is spotless and her playlists are always a vibe. I highly recommend giving this place a try!

I loved Glambod! The whole place is beautiful and Naty is really patient and professional, she explains each exercise so carefully that you feel comfortable and challenge yourself.
Such a beautiful studio, classes are small so you get a more private and VIP treatment. Instructor is encouraging and sweet. Love it!
